I would just like to thank you for your assistance when one one of our managers coasted in with car issues last week. Alex looked over the Kia Soul. After a bit, the car started up fine and was able to make it into the dealership in Hickory. Our manager tried to pay a diagnostic fee, or some type of fee for his time. I will never take my car anywhere else, Hollifields is great! Had to have a new engine installed. Three business days after receiving the engine, Hollifields had it installed and my car back to me. Previous place I took my car for a new engine took 27 days to install the used engine, which only had a month warranty. It gave me 3 days to try the engine out and by the time I figured out the engine was no good, the warranty had run out and I was stuck with it. Staff is friendly and accommodating and fair. Was extremely thrilled with their service. Car runs great, highly recommended. -Jeffrey D.

Rare in the extreme. The best description I can give of these good folks. Prices are very reasonable. Service is top tier. Their knowledge of their trade is undeniable. These are all great qualities but can be said of many places. What sets Hollifield Auto Repair so far above all others is the staff. They are simply unbeatable. Some time ago we fell on hard times right after we had sent our car to them for some work. Not only did they bend over backward to try and help us as well as showing great patience but they even offered to deliver the car to us even though we were now in a different state! That kind of service is just unheard of. These folks are the real deal. Just give them the chance to prove it. You will not regret doing so. -Stan B.
